How we work together

Together the Alliance offers all the skills required to design and deliver a successful customer experience.

We are talking about people, not just firms, so that clients of the Alliance can be sure that they get the people they first see at the proposal stage, not some junior they have not properly met.

The Alliance has five members, each of whom has a special contribution they have to offer for clients :

  • Following a robust planning process- Reg Price brings together the talent of client people and Alliance specialists, using a proven, customer first process which leads to the selection of the most powerful strategy to fit a client’s industry and their aims
  • Bring customer insights to the table- Duncan Stuart is a researcher skilled at cost effectively surfacing customer experience insights. He can also provide for a project measures of impact on customer behaviour and ultimately the bottom line
  • Successful implementation- Neil Stewart ensures the project is brought to practical reality so that an outstanding experience can be consistently delivered
  • Linkages with the brand and the physical experience- Martin Grant brings to the team strong branding experience but also has special expertise in designing and building a physical environment to fit an experience concept
  • Enabling technology- Trudy Barnett has the skills to enable an experience concept through technology
  • Strong ideas- an ideas team is put together to fit a particular client. Selected client people may be involved. Strong experience ideas are generated, filtered and finally the best are selected
